MUST EAT CHOCOLATE
I hand craft chocolate from bean to bar in small batches. All my fine chocolate bars are single origin. Cocoa nibs, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter are the only ingredients used.
I roast, crack, winnow, and refine at my small chocolate factory in Sparta, TN.
